Influencer Export (the Chrome extension, formerly "AMZ Video Downloader") helps Amazon Influencer Program creators download their own video review clips from Amazon's Creator Hub for personal backup and reuse. It only runs on Amazon Creator Hub and video pages, and only acts on content the user explicitly selects.
To activate a paid license, the extension sends your license code and the email address you used at checkout to our license server to verify it's valid. We do not collect or store your Amazon account credentials, your Amazon browsing activity, or the contents of the videos you download — those stay on your own computer.
When you purchase a license, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number. We store your email address and a generated license code so we can validate your license and, if needed, respond to support requests.
We don't sell or share your email address with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing without your separate consent.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Each processes your email address as part of providing those services to us.
